This is a review of a decision of the court of appeals affirming an order of the circuit court for Milwaukee county, Judge Harold B. Jackson, Jr., allowing an insurance company to deposit in court a check representing the limits of its coverage under a liability policy, thereby relieving the company of its defense in an action filed against its insured and dismissing the company from the action. We reverse the court of appeals.
